What I'm worried about is if The Drink is going to be rammed beyond belief. I'm really skeptical of this event considering how much of a show the Guv was last Halloween. I'm definately willing to check it out though. If it's bad, I'll just go to Sonic.
That said, I'm really excited for this. To me, The Drink is the best venue in Toronto for Locodice, or any minimal DJ. Small, good sound system, and good lighting. I hope they have it reeeeeeeally dark in there for Loco. :disbelief |

right now im imaging how insane a circo loco party inside the drink on the next long weekend party @ the guv would be!
luciano, tania vulcano, loco dice, jose de divina, dan ghenacia & steve bug ing up clicky minimal / techno / electro / tech-haus styles!

I know I wouldn't leave that room for a second, no matter who else was playing in the other rooms, that's for sure. I hope Locodice gets a good reception so that this is more of a possiblity. |

The only thing I have to disagree on...when Acquaviva played last week...I thought my ears were going to explode at one point, because of how the system was...and that never happens to me :/ Not a fan of the dance room in there too...
but in any case...As much as I'd love to see Loco Dice again...Trentemoller it is...because I know I will have a better time at a venue that won't be overly packed (I hope so?) and has a better vibe/crowd. But still...WTF! This is the weirdest and most random booking for Guv... |
