I was suppose to go this morning...set my alarm for 8am and didn't even hear it go off :p
Woke up now, see that Cribby set me a txt at 8am saying "time for cozo" and so now apparently according to Sasha and Cribby I SUCK! :tongue3
I am sooooo not a morning person, so when not working I sleep lots. And the lack of sleep this week doesn't help matters or else I would be there now. :( |

ya same here, had the alarm set for 9 to get to work, but instead I woke up @ 10 and just made into work. |

i made it there for sydney and anthony's sets and both of them played awesome.
Richard F - Automatic & Mark Knight - The Reason kicked me arse :D such gorgeous tunes to hear in a big room.
i hope Anthony recorded this set. Props to the guy for puting on such a wicked show. |

I came out for Attalla's set (well I missed 30 minutes of it) and he honestly destroyed it...:)I missed out on Blu's set once again :(
My first time @ CoZo = :D...honestly what the doctor ordered for me :)
Yes, the place is dark and a bit sketchy, but I didn't mind it at all. But I had to leave early (b/c my sis needed the car...and the air was getting too stuffy for me) :(
It was great seeing and dancing it up with the TAs :) (Rachel...I'm glad we finally met...you're a sweetheart :))
Hmmm...good tunes + good people/convos + dancing = good times :D :D :D |

sooo.. i knew my review would be just as i expected.. awesome en choonage... anthony delivers like always!!!...
got there at around 12:30 with andrea and left at 3:00 ish.. was great.. danced my ass off saw cribby, sean cassidy, sticky_shoes, trancegooves, trickyt, english rachel (nice 2 meet ya finally!), cain (nice to finally be introduced yet again lmao..), sasha, ann (hope you got home ok), and more if i dont remember ur nicks was nice 2 see u again!!!
honestly it was a great afternoon until it rained.. lol.. but oh well... anth was phenomenal he was dancin around up there and enjoying himself.. even tho he was sore and in pain.. the guys a genius.. never dissapoints... hope to see him when he comes back :)...
and to the tas who werent there...legendary_waz and magikb i will see you all soon... you were sadly missed but we will all party is up this weekend... |

Not gonna write anything lengthy, but yesterday morning definately made up for my crappy weekend.
Woke up at 7, got to Zone at 8...and danced until 3 :D
I hadn't been there since February and ALOT has changed. This place is significantly less sketchy than I remembered. The lack of sketchbags was surprising...Great to see people making it out sober and staying that way. This was definately my best cozo party too...plenty of space to dance too.
Sydney rocked it out...nothing spectacular, but it's one of her better sets that I've heard.
Anthony Attalla was a trooper, for not only making it out to play, but for going nuts in the booth, bouncin' and smilin'. This guy did not look like someone who got hit by a car days ago. Mad respect! His set was very impressive. He got the crowd going for most of the tunes he spun...I wanted to take a break but couldn't for about 30 minutes because he refused to stop playing awesome tracks. Lots of energy. He started off with some minimal techno and minimal prog which got me excited. MNML!!! I think I say that too often :/ His set progressed overtime into a tech house stormer, with some bits and pieces of electo. I heard rarely any tunes that regulars spin...so I was happy.
Track of the night..er..morning...would have to be Richard F Automatic (Big Room Drama Mix) like Tyler mentioned...and there was also this other tune that needs to be IDed...it was a tech house tune...with a synthline that randomly went into really tones. It was massive...
Great seeing those who came out...For once, I was able to properly dance it up with everyone! I loved that. Good chats on the patio...nice footwork on the dancefloor. w00t. I love you wacky folk :D |
