Well its in the contract that they are not allowed to do both. Now the issue is, Global Gathering has the event in the UK as well, and artists dont want to take the risk and say they wont play a global gathering in miami fearing they wont get signed again for the one in the UK. Thats why Tiesto decided to go neutral (to name one of many artists) and not do either gig - ruining it for everyone.
However, a Radio 1 party is a must this year, even though wetgrooves kicked ass with its artist lineup in the past years. Radio 1 is the (respect for wetgrooves in bringing many trance acts like cosmic gate, and psy like Infected Mushroom) |
