shame about the technical difficulties, but he tried hard and it showed!!! after it got all worked out, he tore it up!!! glad to hear Gamemaster... bring him back soon!!!

some sweet classics, harder techier trance tunes, really cool stuff
shame about the tech difficulties, i was wondering why he was having a hard time with mixing
i thought i heard the bpm change noticibly at times in songs, thought maybe matt was doing it on purpose, but i guess he wasnt
the sound was way too loud, i dont understand what is the need to crank it up so high? it can be perfectly heard at normal levels. not only high volume distorts the sound it also fcks up everybody's ears. thats my beef of the night
other than that, i suppose silverwaters has redeemed itself well after the summer break mishap :) |

Apparently the new Pioneer CDJ 1000-MK3's need a software update. We were able to replace the decks with my MK2's near the end of Matt's set. But he felt pretty bad about not being able to mix properly or having to limit his track selection to compensate for the decks.
But he definitely enjoyed his time in Van and loved the vibe from the crowd. It was a great evening and I'd like to thank everyone who attended and supported the event. |
