it's a term used similarly as b2b where they both play together in a dj sense, they'll take turns, or as one of the best duos in the UK (Mark EG & M-Zone) did, mix 3 or 4 tunes at a time then swap over.
In productions it means 'together' the same as 'and' but it's just a different way of writing it |
