DJ SETS TO LISTEN TOO

Here are some live sets from DJ's we have coming up at Eleven50.....

FC KAHUNA
(bugged out!, UK)
http://real.endclub.com/ramgen/the-...kahuna_nov05.rm

The mix helped cement FC Kahuna¹s reputation as an international DJ duo as well as quality album artists. Since then the band have remixed everyone from New Order to Felix DaHousecat and most recently have added their magic to French act Mellow and US band The Faint. Dan and Jon have also been DJing all over the UK and worldwide including Japan, South America, Russia, Serbia, Mexico, Holland, Germany, France and and a stint supporting Zero 7 on their U.S tour; catch them most weeks, somewhere, alongside the likes of Erol Alkan, Ivan Smagghe, 2manydjs, Jo Jo De Freq, Miss Kitten, DJ Hell, Mylo, The Glimmer Twins, Tiga, et al. If you don¹t manage to catch FC Kahuna DJing or hear one of their remixes then in the meantime you can sit back and wait for Hayling, Machine Says Yes, Nothing is Wrong or Glitterball to invade your living room via TV shows like Six Feet Under, CSI Miami and Nip/Tuck. Alternatively keep an ear out when you're next down your local cinema for FC Kahuna music in hip new Keira Knightley flick Domino and Brit gangster classic Layer Cake or surfpunk film Riding Giants. FC Kahuna are currently working on the follow up to Machine Says Yes due in 2006.

FC Kahuna will be appearing at Eleven50 on Saturday August 26th 2006 in Atlanta, GA

DEAN COLEMAN -
(yooshi, pioneer, bullitt)
http://web.mac.com/dean_coleman/iWe...ED0D2F6D11.html

Dean Coleman started his illustrious career in the mid 90s. Armed with his creativity and a strong passion for music, he began to do mobile parties while in college at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He was quickly thrust into the local NC club scene and eventually progressed to regional parties. With a couple of solid years under his belt to fine tune his sound and style, Dean struck gold in 2002 with a bootleg of Narcotic Thrusts Safe From Harm, which was subsequently signed by Deep Dish to their Yooshi imprint. The remixes found their way to ..1 on the Billboard chart and Dean was well on his way to being a favorite of the label. In 2004 alone, Dean Coleman has been on four Yooshi releases and there are more to come. Within the last few years, Dean has already created a discography that many in the industry have taken a lifetime to produce. He has produced/remixed for Deep Dish, Erick Morillo, Harry Choo-Choo Romero, Roger Sanchez, Hernan Cattaneo, Josh Wink, Eddie Amador, Julie McKnight, and Felix Da Housecat. With countless original production, edits, and remixes to his credit, Dean always has something fresh in his record box.

Dean Coleman will be appearing at Eleven50 on Saturday September 2nd 2006 in Atlanta, GA

LEE COOMBS
(thrust, UK)
http://www.liquified.com/Media/lee_coombs_mix.mp3

'If this show had an in-house orchestra, it would be LEE COOMBS' - Pete Tong, Radio One - From the start of his DJ career in 1989 Lee Coombs bathed himself in acid house parties in and around London and Cambridge. In an industry that is slip and slide at the best of times, Coombs rapidly made a name for himself. He went on to run his own labels including the critically acclaimed and much talked about electro-driven Zoid and Thrust Recordings. Lee then got a call from Paul Oakenfold resulting in the almighty Perfecto Breaks album which was launched to critical acclaim in October 2002. Lee went on to remix Oakenfold's single 'Time of Your Life'. His notoriety prompted a request for Lee to fly to Prague in the summer of 2003 to record with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra the theme music for the BBC television program 'Born To Win'. People are sitting up and taking notice of his extraordinary talent. You will too.

Lee Coombs will be appearing at Eleven50 on Saturday September 16th 2006 in Atlanta, GA

ADAM SHERIDAN
(purple eye, UK)
http://homepage.mac.com/adamsherida...eSharing32.html

2005 has been Adam's best year to date. Not only has he been shortlisted in the prestigious Best DJ category in the Mixmag Awards alongside Sasha, Felix Da Housecat and Paul van Dyk but his latest release Another Tomorrow has received rave reviews in numerous Dance magazines and has so far reached the top 20 in the Dutch Dance Charts. In 2004, Adam Sheridan was voted at number 136 in DJ Magazine's poll for the best DJs in the world. Adam is quite possibly the youngest entry into the DJ Magazine Poll and the 21-year-old is also the youngest ever DJ to record a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix (Jan 04), which was commended for its diversity and innovation and has well and truly launched Adam on the world stage. Adam Sheridan has received such praise as "one of the UK's best trance DJs" from Pete Tong and "I rate Adam Sheridan as a DJ, he's got a great future" from Paul van Dyk and so his achievments marked the beginning of a breakthrough into the league of top British talent. Adam Sheridan was deemed the Best Undiscovered Talent by two of the top five DJs in the world Paul van Dyk and Ferry Corsten, in 2003. Throughout 2003 and 2004, Adam has risen through the ranks and has now become one of the most accomplished and sought-after new talents to emerge from the UK. His unique style of three deck mixing and crossing genres from trance to techno, as well as his highly acclaimed production, has grabbed the attention of clubbers, promoters and his DJ peers and has propelled Adam from undiscovered to distinguished.

Adam Sheridan will be appearing at Eleven50 on Saturday September 22nd 2006 in Atlanta, GA

He has since rebuilt a solid reputation as one of dance-musics innovators, pushing his genre and leading where many others follow. Few people can claim to have been at the pinnacle of their profession for a sustained period of time, having enjoyed so much success and still be leading the way forward. John 00 Fleming, one of the dance music industries most revered personalities, is amongst a small band of people who can say they were responsible for igniting the spark of the scene we all know and love today. Johns radio show, Global Trance Grooves is becoming the most popular radio show on The Ministry of Sound radio network. In October, John celebrated his sixth year in the DJ Magazine Top 100 poll - a reminder that while many 'fad' DJs come and go, his rock-solid fanbase makes him one of the few names capable of continuously filling clubs. He was also voted the 16th best DJ in the world on the massive Trance Addict site - an accolade that John was particularly honored by.

John 00 Fleming will be appearing at Eleven50 on Saturday September 30th 2006 in Atlanta, GA

I would never thought Adam Sheridan would make it here to Atlanta. We definitely need more upcoming Trance/Progressive DJs here to show off their talent instead of seeing Pvd, Armin, Ferry all the time

Crescendo FTW :p
