Presenting the new track of the "DarkAlbedo pres. Mimozart" project, here's an uplifting trance tune called Airborne. This is a sample of the 8-minute original mix.
2 labels put an option on it... and I already know it should be out in september at beatport, itunes, juno, trackitdown, djmr and audiojelly.

It's about 70% software (VSTi) and 30% hardware, and I'm using Cubase SX3 for compo and mixing.

Really nice layers of melodies, awesome work! Also I love the emotion this tune conveys, it can be hard to achieve that but you've pulled it off well.
Only thing about the mix is there's a closed hat sound that is really really bright though that is a bit annoying in my headphones.
Good luck with the release mate, it's a top song. |
