Trance Scene in China!!!

djillicit
Hey mates,

Some friends and I are planning on throwing a production of events in China next year and would like to speak to a few people who have actually been out there and/or have a good knowledge of the scene out there. Since there's no tranceaddict ASIA forum and Aussies are close in proximity to the area, figured this would be a great place to hitch some trance-loving travelers.

So, any input??

Thanks!!

Where abouts in China exactly?

I might be studying there one semester next year.....

What sort of scene does China have?

I know Japan is crazy, but am unsure about China.....lol

the clubs all have strict curfews and all songs must be authorised before hand by the local communist party member. no dancing is allowed, except for the chinese national anthem, which is played before each dj begins their set.

I went to a great party in Beijing back in '89, although the door policy was a bit strict. I mean I know that they have an image to maintain, but it seems pretty harsh to start running people over in tanks just because they aren't wearing red...
ONION
apparently they have mad flied lice chickz : /
