get some new cooling installed unless u wanna slowly but surely ruin your nice shiny cpu imo

Open the case after your finished playing a game. Touch the cpu and depending on the type of burn you get decide on what cooling you need.
Get a diagnostic prog and find out what the temp is getting up to and compare it with what the manual says is safe and blablabla. Need be, you can buy a fan for less then $10.

Why don't you go into your bios and find out how hot ur CPU is running, and see if your fans are spinning properly.

Then if you've got a GUI program, check out the CPU temp in Win whilst it's beeping.

Instead of disabling the symptom, work out the cause. Computers can't think for themselves, it's responding to something for good reason.

exactly what you oughta do

in the bios, at what temperatures are the alarms set to go off?
it might be that by default they're set to go off at not even close to hot temperatures, in which case bump them up

report back what they're set to, and then we can tell you wether or not it's getting to the point where heat is an issue, or just if the default settings are stupidly low

also, http://mbm.livewiredev.com
motherboard monitor for monitoring temperatures, so u dont have to reboot and go into the bios just to check what it's at
you might find that useful for monitoring

quite interested in knowing what your idle temp is and what temperature it gets to after it's been under full load for a while
