I never thought i'd say this. But unfortunantly it seems like i dont have enough time to play games any more. And when i do get a small chance. Something come up....
I have a few games that i've been meaning to get to play. But all there doing is collecting dust.
* Oblivion (You need lotz of time for this one)
* Ghost Recon Advance War Fighter (Campaign)
* Half Life 2
* (and a few others)
Awhile back thats all i did was play games. But i guess things have changed since then. Im actually trying to do something with my self this time around. So the time is no longer there.
Does any one else feel the same way on this? |

| Ive been that way for the past couple of years. Work + school + pathetic attemps at managing any kind of social life with the time left over leaves little time for gaming. The last time i had enough free time to actualy complete a game was last february (KOTOR 2) |

yea, this happened to me, but sometimes i just want to relax for myself, so i pop in an old game or something. and on holidays when friends are out of town, i tend to play a lot of games.
what i've found though, is that i don't go for games unless they're really worth it, so that cuts down A LOT. |

| I so am with you on this. Its gotten so much worse the older I've gotten. It seems now I never have enough time for anything, let alone games although I try and squeeze in some playtime here and there when I can. Its not like when you were a kid and you had all the time in the world. Games don't seem as enjoyable to me either because of the lack of time. When I do play a game, in the back of my mind its like I'm wondering ok what do I have to do after I play this game, etc., and I can't relax and just enjoy the game. I think if I won the lottery and had all the time in the world, games would once again become as fun as they were when I was a kid. |

I hear you, although I have put a substantial amount of time on the side for Oblivion. I've played about 120 hours and haven't touched the main quest yet.
I don't have a ton of time to play Oblivion either, but in doing so I haven't even opened my copy of Kingdom Hearts 2 or Half-Life 2: Episode One.:whip: |

I haven't gamed since I quit WoW last summer (it was more like a full time job than a game) but yea I'm also really worried that I won't be able to do any kind of dedicated gaming for the rest of my life :mad: Once DX10 cards and vista come out I will be purchasing a new system (and 45nm process C2D cpus if theyre out by then), so I guess that looks to be around 1H of 2007. I'm so psyched for games like UT2k7 and Spore and all those ridiculously good looking games.. we're definitely hitting a whole new level of gaming with DX10 coming out.
edit: ok fine I've gamed.. but only CS:S and other HL2 stuff lightly |

| So true. I have a bunch of games just collecting dust. I'll buy them, play them for a few half-hour sessions, and then never again. The last time I beat a game was this past winter and it was a co-op effort of myself and some friends. It was Indigo Prophecy, which was a pretty solid game by the way. |
