I had a two bedroom in SC for $450. The water heater blew up once at 4AM in our apt and the neighbors next to us and below us had the same thing happen. Sucky thing is the people who lived below us had to deal with the water from our busted shiz dripping down and ruining a few of their things AND to have the same thing happen to their water heater! |
