He's talking about hearing new tracks... Superstar trance djs are the worse for playing the same over and over and over and over...

Hey, I think Your Loving Arms was the "(Markus Schulz vs. Elevation intro mix) (Ultra)" mix. I think its a big difference (its got the uber cool wave octaves).....they come in at 17:32 in ASOT 251. That's a great track.

I expect something different than what he plays on ASOT. I don't expect there to be a prog hour that even at home generally puts me to sleep much less getting played out in a club. Back in 2002 he was straight energy, ESPECIALLY live.

So I feel full right to complain, be it deemed annoying or not, I expect so much more out of the djs that love to throw out their high-ranking stature on some whimsical poll. If they talk the talk they gotta walk the walk :p

I'm a huge Armin fan but if you expect him to throw out something different than what you hear weekly on ASOT....you need to adjust your sights a bit.

I've seen him 4 times in Atlanta and once in DC. Each time has been an amazing show but it's always sounded just like ASOT.

Big DJ's (like Armin) are going to play what people want to hear and raido shows (like ASOT) tend to give us a general consensus of what that is, therefore, Armin sticks to that model.

At least he's not about to hit "rock bottom" like PVD and start spinning a ing progressive house tune at like 160BPM...

...my, how the mighty have fallen.
