germany couldn't beat poland until close to 90 minutes and
they let little itty bitty Costa Rica score 2 goals on them...whats your point:stongue:

w/me in argentina's locker room, we're unstopable.
argentina had trouble in this game because mexico has an argentine coach. so he knows to play argentina.
also, a friend of mine put money on argentina to slaughter mexico. i distinctly remember him putting money on argentina to win games, and i noticed when he bets on argentina, argentina looses. why am i mentioning this? because a while back, i had specificly forbidden him from betting on my team, because he's a black cat. thanks to him, my team almost got sent home packin'. luckily his curse ended when his 1,800 bet on argentina went down the drain when regualtion finished in a 1-1 tie.
now w/him out of the way -and hopefully putting money on germany and his favorite team holland, argentina will continue in the competition unfettered, and will take home the cup.
lemme be the first to tell you it will suck to be a kraut defender once teves and messi hit the field. the kraut defenders will have nightmares of the teves/messi combo till the day they die. |

It will be a great game between two of the most exciting teams at this years world cup.
There is no real favourite in this game because the home court advantage equals the individual skills of the Argentina players.
It would be awesome if Germany advanced to the next round but I wouldn't be too sad if we loose. Argentina is a great team and deserves to enter the semi-finals just like Germany. |
