it's simple, all you gotta do is put the IMG tag inside the URL tag, like this:
[ URL=http://www.delobbo.com ] [ img ]http://www.delobbo.com/pancakes.jpg[/ img ] [ /URL ]
but remove the spaces next to the brackets.
