Hey all! :)
Just wanted to notice those who are interested that the third Monster Sampler is available for purchase now (12", CD and MP3). I'll make it easy for myself and paste Monster's own press release:
"Next is the third in our massively popular sampler series. DJs and clubbers everywhere have been been loving the last 2 editions, and there’s no let up in quality here! First up is Lee Haslam’s ‘The Future’. This is less frenetic and high paced than Lee’s previous work, but still proves his fantastic ear for melody and knowledge of how to move the dancefloor. Kaveh Azizi’s first track on Monster ‘Tabriz’ is a true work of art. Eastern influences and even elements of psy are here, but the track remains firmly melodic and really stands out from the crowd. Finally, fresh from remixing Will B & Steve Allen, and winning the remix competition for Brisky – Heaven’s Tears, Scottish boys Firestorm deliver a pumping slice of powerful trance known as Defection that balances the line perfectly between trance and the harder scene. Big production from the boys here, and a fine debut on Monster!"
Samples:
A: Lee Haslam – The Future
B1: Kaveh Azizi presents Rhythmia – Tabriz
B2: Firestorm – Defection

Thanks! I'm going to add you to my myspace.
Tabriz is a STORMER! One of the few impeccably produced trance tracks in a while; I've been playing the piss out of it.
Oh, Firestorm was ok, and The Future was samey generic epic trance. Nothing to omfg about the othersm Tabriz is where it's at. |

Great track, Kaveh. I don't want to be a major kiss ass, but this is great move for you, musically wise. I think producers should experement with different style of trance music these days. I hope you will make more tunes such as this one as well as feeling alive and of course clouds.

Kaveh Azizi presents Rhythmia – Tabriz
Reminds me of morning psy-trance back in 1999-2000 period. I like it. Good stuff!!! |

| Tabriz would had been a great track if I hadn't bought this album 8 years ago. That is the sound i remember when i listen to Tabriz, only that Dreamweaver was MUCH thicker and more pumping. I warmly recommend anyone to check out that CD. Trance with an eastern touch, loads of nice melodies and great basslines. |
