nah, it's a pyramid scheme, but it's just there's lots of loop holes so it can still be legal...
edit: think about it. how does it work? you got recruited by someone above you... now you buy/sell company's products.. and then sign up other ppl and earn off what they sell and who they recruit too.... and they do the same. "oh it's so easy! duplicate the same thing over and over again... you sign up a few ppl and buy/sell, they sign up a few and buy/sell.. and on it goes..and you'll be making <insert ridiculuous amount of $$> here within months! DUPLICATION! SO EASY!"

to be totally honest with you all i thought exactly the same thing when i heard of this business. it must be the old pyramid scam and a rip off !
well after viewing the online presentation and fully understanding this business, it's certainly none of that ! They have the products and the backing in their targeted industry and that's what is putting them ahead of the rest as their sales are proving worldwide.
so, take it as you will. all i was after was an opportunity to share this with other people and do something as a means to earn themselves extra money like any other business going around and be their own boss.
