i haven't read the book, but i saw the movie last night.... and judging from what everyone says, must be the movie is better if you hadn't read the book otherwise you'll find the movie dissapointing... although what movie isnt like that
with it being confusing, didn't think that, and also found the twists generally predictable :rolleyes:

| saw the movie yesterday and was much better than i expected. i thought it was quite good. covered book well and kept me pretty captivated. |

well I thought it was pretty detailed, probably the most detailed for any book to film i've seen. There were a few elements lacking but they didn't effect the outcome of the movie, nor did they really alter many of the events from the book.
Good work I reckon for a particularly politically/religiously sensitive topic that's been put to film.
