East German producer and DJ Ronski Speed aka Sun Decade, started his musical career in 1997. His first solo single Iris became a massive club hit, and was played by all the big jocks and picked up by Paul Van Dyk for his Mixmag Mix-CD in UK. Ronski Speed has created some of the most in demand tracks and remixes of the past few years.His records "E.O.S.", "Iris", "2Day E.P.", "Asarja" together with label mate Mirco De Govia, the 2005 smasher "Incognition" with Stoneface & Terminal and the Sun Decade singles "Follow You" and the groundbreaking "I'm Alone", were genuine club smashes and were hammered by the likes of Paul van Dyk, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold, Above & Beyond and Ferry Corsten.
Ronski Speed saw his strongest year as a DJ during 2005. He performed in the UK (e.g. Gatecrasher, Passion, Wildchild, Dance Academy), the USA, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Canada, Russia, Holland, Switzerland, Scandinavia and of course made appearances in his home country, Germany. There he played his first show at the well-known Nature One Festival. Between all of his gigs, mix-cds and his monthly Radio Shows on DI.FM and ETN.FM, Ronski Speed consistently proves his talent and skill in choosing the right tracks at the right time. As a result of this, Ronski Speed entered the tranceaddict.com top100 at #30 and the 2005 djmag top list at #119. Making his first appearence in Calgary, watch out for Ronski.
