This is what young girls are looking up to nowadays.
This is absolutely horrendous. Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, the Olsen twins, Nicole Richie... these are todays role models... the people who influence the world.
If it's like this now... what will it be like in 20 years? These girls are literally starving themsevles and I know first hand that a lot of them... A LOT... combine the mixture of coke and weight loss pills to lose the weight quick.
This better clear up before my kids are born. I don't want my daughter looking up to Paris Hilton or this poor girl...

I've never had a problem with a little meat on a girl. Obviously the threshold for this varies with every guy, but as long as a girl is not FAT, then ok it's hittable. It's a bad misconception today that the girls all think they have to be skinny as Britney or Paris...just be yourself but don't go getting all in obese, cuz nobody likes an obese person. Especially in tight clothes.

I just don't understand how some girls can go to such an extreme. This isn't attractive... it plain isn't. The girl needs a ing sandwich.
It's also scary to see that these people influence the younger kids. People watch the OC and see i-havent-eaten-in-a-week Mischa Barton in a bikini and want that same slender body. I could write a ing 12 page essay on how the OC affects society. Everyone wants that beautiful house and that perfect body. It's so ing superficial.
You don't need to be in the entertainment business to see how ing pretentious the OC is. The camera filters used on the OC are borrowed from Princess Diaries... everything is fuzzy and blur like it isn't actually there. The acting is perfect, the lightning is perfect, the girls and boys are perfect. We THRIVE for perfection. |

| Simple....TV shows, ads telling them to use 100 beauty products per day, the images they see are what makes it happen. Do you know how many times a day a girl sees an image of another girl who she believes is much more attractive than herself?? Dozens at least. It's the godamn media, always creating desire for what one doesn't have. |

It's 100% media. You have to be this skinny. Your nose has to be proportional with your forehead. Your skin has to be perfect. Everything has to be SPOT on and let's face it... unless you're Catherine Zeta-Jones you AREN'T perfect.
