Jim Thome hits a bomb in his first game with the White Sox - farther in The Cell than anyone on the ChiSox hit through all of last year
Sure looking much better than last season
It's just one game, but as a team, the Sox are looking pretty good |

| i watched the game up until the 8th inning. i was having flashbacks to the marathon game during the world series and kept waiting for geoff blum to hit a home run and end it. buerhle never looked in his usual rhythm. the indians better hope that sabathia's injury isnt one that lingers all season because their rotation is pretty thin. |
