Adelaide beat a poor Fremantle two weeks ago, they played ok in the last quarter but they are going to be up against a nearly full strength WC now, a side which beat them by ~80 points not so long ago in the top of the table clash.
Sydney will brush off Fremantle with a minimum of fuss and WC should do the same to Adelaide with relative ease imo. If it's a WC v Swans GF, that will be another scorcher hopefully. Basically whether Sydney's midfield clog tactics can suppress Judd and Co and tbh I reckon WC will take it this year.
I reckon Carlton will go down the gurgler soon enough, the AFL can't keep supporting them with handouts over and over again. Kangaroos did the right thing with selling their home games but Melbourne and Carlton will be in the AFLs crosshairs I reckon. |

Truth. Subiaco and AAMI can't hold enough people to justify moving it there from the MCG. Time differences in WA would affect TV as well. They might change to a Saturday night GF eventually though, the NRL one seems to work great and it gives the pplayers an extra 1/2 day recovery. |
