Thank you to all who showed up to support the cause and enjoy an evening full of positive vibes.
Thank you to all the djs who donated their time - for a week night that joint was rocking!
Thank you also to Brendan and others at Django for being such incredible hosts - I really hope we can do this again soon and build on such a great start.
Lastly, for anyone who donated money to the cause - you should feel great about it - not only did you enjoy a night out but at the same time you have helped accomplish healing in another part of the world. ALL of the money collected is going to help purchase supplies for people in the Philipines who are still struggling with the mudslide after effects. Because of your help Direct Relief International is going to be able to send over $10,000 worth of medical supplies to the effected area! That is incredible!
Please keep an eye on D4R - helping people never felt so damn good!

| Wow! $10,000??? Did we really raise that much in one night?? I know we had a pretty good turn out but DAMN! That's awesome. I had a great time there toward the last half of the night after the subs started working again. It was great to hear Rick Sierra- I was really into the last half of his set. Also, good job, Chris and Brandon (as usual). I hope we can do a weekly there, I think that would be fun. Anyway, I hope some TAs can make it out next time. |

Sorry, real world > then listening to music at 3:00am on a Wednesday!I would have loved to make it but I just can not be out like that anymore!

Ya and those of us with real jobs do suck... Just ask Mario has his party life has been lately!!!
I really wish I could have made it and I will really try the next time (not that I did not really try this time) but I hope the next round catches me on a night where I can take the next day off! |
