Hi guys,
first off, i feel guilty for not being able to show up for JZ... gf from holland was in town and we had other special plans...:) I will promise to show up next available time :).. life's just been so damn hectic these past 6 months...
Hereby I want to announce that I am one lucky son-of-a b!tch to get into the 10 people chosen by Redbullmusic labs to do an intensive workshop for music production... it really means a lot to me, and I finally have someone that can explain to me the tricks using the midi and programs...=) Bassnectar (i'm not familiar with this guy) and his partners are teaching us.... here in Lincoln park for 5 days straight, almost 12 hours a day! It's such an amazing opportunity for me, truly...
so, next sunday there will be an release party thrown by RedBull at Mix...I'm sure there will be breakbeat, hip hop (yuk), mc's, singers... a whole variety... It's gonna be fun, and you guys are all MORE than welcome to come to the release party on Sunday March 5th 9 pm - 1 am :)

I just have to say that the past week has been amazing....
Ten of us went to R. Kelly's old house, where he has this sick studio, (and basketball court and swimming pool) and we produced tracks, learned how to use Reason...and learned how to create tracks...
We spent 5 days and nights.... hardly got any sleep, ear fatigue, and itoxicated and delerius from the loops being replayed constantly.... to produce a track that was played at our after party @ mix...
1 thing: my life will probably change in the near future... :) The energy which was there, was truly special.. and Craig and Lorin are amazing dj/s producers/artists..... and awesome to work with...
I just want to share you a rough draft of my track... IT's still in unfinished format... but if you want, you can get the Reason file from me and tweak with it if you like ;)
