I'm starting to explore downtempo and chill music. Can you guys help me with some recommendations? I'm not new to chill music, but all I have gathered over the years is psychedelic chill/downtempo from artists such as Shpongle, Entheogenic, The Infinity Project & Ott. While these artists are brilliant, I'm looking to diversify a bit. Any suggestions for good stuff?
I'm not so much interested in true ambient or a lot of beatless synth stuff. My tastes, not surprisingly, run more towards the trancey, spacey music that settles into a nice groove. Vocals are good if they are sexy and sultry. |

i'd highly recommend checking out dousk - d.i.y.
its an album by 2 greek guys (i think they are both greek)
its proggy but also chill, i like it a lot
unfortunately, i dont think the cd had a wide release. i really want to buy it, but so far i had to settle for a download |
