Road trip! In a couple of weeks. Need something CBD or preferrably Darling Harbour.
I've checked Wotif, anyone experienced the Grand Mercure Apartments? Or does anyone have recommendations for a good place that will house four for about 75 each per night? |

i usually use wotif too. what does it matter how good the hotel is unless you plan to spend a lot of time there? grand mercure are decent, and the darling harbour location is mint, imo.
if you want cheaper there's the YHA and other hostels around. |

try the f1 motel on the great western highway, eastern creek
$59 a night and the dirtiest hookers are just a stones throw away (or in the next room) |

| Well, that's the thing - I've done hostels/backpacker places before and yeah, I guess my standards were simply too high by wanting windows and my own toilet. |
