Whats up everyone,
Some of you around here have asked to see some pics of Fever so here are a few from NYE. Many thanks to all of you who came and joined us for this event and for those who haven’t seen the place its beautiful.
Right now they are putting on the finishing touches to get everything up to spec with respect to the sound, lighting and overall aesthetics of the nightclub. The next event will be the official, Re-grand opening on 1/21 with the Secret Society Themed event with two of Atlanta’s favorite DJ’s Nasir & John Keiting followed by Charles Feelgood on the 28th hosted by Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas.
(more info on the TA events listing page)
There are some great things coming up across the board and we look forward to having you out for Atlanta’s newest night!
We are "NOW" in a place where we dont have the equivilant of Corporate America behind us dictating thier will over ours and with Mike B "OUT" of the picture 100%, every Saturday event will be what they should have been all along.
For those of who love the Mark, its like the Mark on steroids... :) Here you go... :)

After reviewing the pics, it looks nothing like the Mark. It looks like Compound with a disco ball and a bigger dance floor. The Mark, in case you forgot, has a darker & grimier underground feel. Plus everyone's favorite bartender, Lauren.

Aesthetics aside, got any pictures of the DJ booth? And more importantly, how is the sound system compared to other big clubs? |

In some respects, it does remind me of the Mark.. The upstairs area is very nice & modern but has that warm relaxing feel to it while downstairs in the main room the dancefloor is surrounded by VIP. It has a suddle underground feel to it and is pretty dark downstairs. Its kind of hard to explain but I think it will make sense when you check it out.
The DJ booth has an A&H mixer with two 1200's and two CDJ1000's.
Sound wise, its pretty good right now. Although it needs a bit more umph and tweaking to it, everyone seems to think it was on point during NYE. Thats what they are working on over the next two weeks. They are placing sound boards on the walls of the main room, putting in the rest of the lighting, subs and final touches on the place.
For special occasions, since the main room is on ground level and its easier to set up, there will be some events that we will bring in our Turbosound rig to really set it off. :)
BTW - I love all the bartendars at the Mark but Kelly was my Favorite... :) |

1789 Chesire Bridge Road. Its on the corner of Piedmont and Chesire Bridge. Its pretty easy to get to off of 85 and there is plenty of parking. |
