My new years was definately the wildest party night I think Ive ever had. It started at my cousins place for pre-drinking... followed by taking the bus to the waldorf.. We got off the bus too late, and had to walk a good km or so. By the time I got there I was relatively drunk, so I proceeded to the food table where I loaded my plate with complimentary prawns and sushi. The music was great.. Progressive downstairs wasnt too busy, so they shut that room down early. Timeline had the main room on lockdown with the best dirtiest electro housey/breaky/whatever that Ive ever heard. I spent most of the night in the house room where DJ Leanne TORE it apart, big time. Some transvestite put a hex on my buddy, becuase he wouldnt let it behind the booth.
We hung around till about 4, when we heard word of an afterparty, somewhere. 2 more km or so of stumbling around in a pack of random partiers led us to this crappy looking place where, you guessed it, no guys would be let into.. Yet more walking, with another random posse, we ended up somewhere else downtown where music was pumpin. The guy at the door said about 300 people were in there.. I didnt believe him, but we all thew down and went on in. A narrow staircase let us to the craziest warehouse after hours Ive ever seen, FULL of people going bananas. This guy gave me and my buddy a gelcap of MDMA, which jumpkicked me in the head, resulting in me sitting on the side staring at the floor for an hour. At around 7, I randomly ran into DJ Leanne and buddy, we left to go party at her place. More partying, 2 more runs to the liquor store...... and I got home last night around midnight, thus concluding the new years festivities, about a day late... LOL.
Thank God for no work today :) |

day started around noon when we trekked into the hottub and realized that snow is like a natural freezer for beer so we clearly had to get more and cash in on this phenomenon.
went into town and stocked up for the hockey game (which was dope)
and then it was really funny when buddy sara prematurely went to sleep at like 10
and this stuffed bear managed to accompany us into town through the nazi police officers who we saw tackling people and .
buddy paul seconds before we slammed on the breaks and screamed out heads off making him flip the out at us because he was already super hungover
had a lot of fun i just hate how bloody expensive a day pass up at whistler is, was 79 bucks :( |
