if you happen to run into a good deal on the ipod, please post it here. i'm looking into getting a new one too or something like the i-river. the battery on my current 20gb ipod isn't doing very well. :( |

| i've heard that mac doesn't let the i pod be priced to much below the regular price, maybe on some of the extras for the i pod, I've seen the new i rivers and there pretty sweet too. let me know if anyone finds a deal. |

The trick is to let the battery completely die everytime... you can try doing what i'm in the process of doing .... i plugged it it and let it play on a low volume.. all night... then turned it off... charged it... and now it's already playing longer than what it was before. (It wouldn't even play for like 20 minutes, but it is 2 years old and the battery is only supposed to have so many charge cycles) |
