Nah bollocks. I got my New Zealand driving license the day after I turned 15, as most kids do ... and the road accident rate is less than the UK's anyway. |

my bibrthdate is 28/11/85 so I'm ed, I've read all this but none of it actually confirms it either way, does anybody have a date when this comes into action. Personally I think this is a piece of because every person is differet, I have friends who are 17 who I would rather be in their than friends of my parents, safety wise that is not because of image :) |
