Has anyone ever had a problem when they uninstall it and it leaves them with a virtual drive that seams to be unable to be uninstalled?
I reinstalled the program but can't take the extra drive away. |

| This happened to me. I ended up going into Device Manager, right clicking on the phantom drive, and choosing uninstall. Rebooted, and it was gone. |

Windows isn't making it that easy on me, it keeps appearing again.
I really want to play F.E.A.R some more but it isn't working. |

Normally when you uninstall the program, It would also remove the driver for it, The driver would be called A347SCSI SCSI Controller, It's basically the driver thats responsible for the virtual drive feature in the software, However, Even with the program installed, You can always disable it, Just go into the Virtual Drive Options, Then change the number of virtual drives to 0 as well as take the checks off remount image upon system reboot and mount image to device 0 on double click of image file. Also it is also the case of the Emulation, You have to disable that as well, You might see 3 of the settings checked on Emulation, You can uncheck those and see if that fixes your problem of running the game, I also recomend you download a NoCD patch so you can run the game without the CD, You can download them at http://www.gamecopyworld.com |

I ended up getting the patch a few days ago but the game was unreleased so it didn't have a patch at the time. |
