ahhh another one of my addictions...
if i dont get the chance to work out when im supposed to, i get really cranky. i've been lifting weights for 3 years now. dont you just love it when you're on your last rep of the last set and you're struggling to get it done and when you finally do you have this lightheaded, testastirone filled feeling in your head :p
my schedule is 2 days on 1 day off.... so that works out to something like 4 or 5 times a week. my workouts usually last 1 and a half hours and i cycle through three routines, one day i do either "chest & triceps" or "back & biceps" or "shoulders & legs" plus i throw in abs for each time. |
