This is the book you need to purchase if you are genuinely serious about quitting smoking... this isnt some dodgy scam, where im getting paid 5cents per click or anything, but this is coming from someone who used to love smoking (or thought i did) and smoked when i drank, when i gurned and when i danced. And now.. I have no urge to at all... Im currently on Day 17 of the rest of my life of having no cigarettes again, ever...
I owe it to this book, which actually changed my mindset on what it was to smoke. Without patches, without feeling as though i was 'giving up' anything... Infact, it encourages you to smoke whilst you're reading the book.
This is serious, and seeing as it has worked for me then i wanted to pass this great bit of info onto you guys too. It is great....
The book is like $25 or $30 from Angus&Robertson or Collins Bookstores.
Up to you if you purchase and read it, but if you are serious about quitting, then you will do it!!!!!
One final point.... Ask yourself, what are you actually getting from smoking.... |

I have a number of friends who have given this book pretty much the same review soups, it sounds like it's a compelling read.
I think at least one of them has since started smoking again after giving up for some time, but i think that's more of a reflection on the reader as it was quite a while later. |

if u wanted to quit, you would spend 25bux instaed of buying 2packs :)
its worth it if u actually want to quit, if not then it will sit on your bookshelf...
ive become one of those 'knowitallnonsmokers'

thats like telling me im cheap if i wont buy vinyl without having heard a sample ;)
id spend $200 on a book that would help me quit, but id be really unhappy to spend $5 on something that doesnt work or i dont like. |
