When I was in Calgary, one of the clubs scanned all the ID's into a computer.
My Montreal license even showed up when they scanned the bar code on the back. |

I've been thinking of that for years if i was a club owner... just take it and see if its real or not and crap like that...
be nice to tell the club owner and the employees to see u have bad behaviour so they dont let u into a club or have gun posession charges brought against u... so they can search u way more before u get into the club...

if the technology is there to read it, I'm sure it's not hard AT ALL to store what they scanned. I'd be surprised if they just discarded the information at all.
