Currently got at the moment:
AMD athlon 800 mhz
256 ram
25 gb hd
cdrw
Geforce 2 mx 32mb
Gigabyte K7 motherboard
Quite crap really...
Thinking of just upgrading it a little bit so it can run The complete collection of the Sims. It doesnt run it too bad a little slow when moving the cursor. Is it worth sticking another stick of 128 ram and a new budget graphics like the Geforce fx5200. i Would post my 32mark 2001 score but it sucks.
Also, what do you guys think of AMD semphron processors? I know they can be overclocked a lot but ive never tried overclocking and have no idea how I would go about it. |

Ok yes, in need of upgrade for sure :)...whats your budget by the way? Also, semprons are infact better than the thoroughbred and palmino Athlon XP's because of their stock 333mhz FSB. Overclocking semprons is very possible, as is with most processors, but that depends much more on your motherboard, and ram. |
