Well no offence but it's true,In calgary eveyrone's a hiphoper or a punk head...
I don have any problems with them but
for me as a raver ,i never prefer calgary for living.

Hey, if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say it! What made you suddenly feel you had to jump in and bash Calgary? You dont see any of us pissin on TO do you? Most TA's know that the club nights are completely different from the Raves and shouldn't really be compared. If you think that everyone in Calgary is a hiphoper or a punk head then you were going out to the wrong parties at the wrong clubs. Calgary now has a long history of playing host to some of Canadas best Parties, Raves and Clubnights with the worlds leading electronic DJ's from around the globe. Many of them later and repeatedly reported that the crowds and clubbers were some of the most up for it partiers in the world. This is one reason why so many of the DJ's keep coming back to our "little cowboy town" again and again over the years. Considering the size of Calgary (not even 1 million people) we get more than our share of Electronic DJ's coming from all over the world. TO is what...5 times the size, and so really AVB should play there 5 times as often. As a general rule there should be 5 times as many raves with 5 times the number of ravers, 5 times as many clubs and electronic club nights....etc. You see my point? So, as any Calgary TA knows, we do pretty damn good. So Alberta liquor laws are strict, (no booze past 2am, everyone out before 3am) we make the best of it, and those of us so inclined head for the Warehouse for amazing afterhours DJ's...the party doesn't end at 2:30am. You must have been heading home with the Hiphopers and Punks, while the rest of us partied on all night. It sounds like you didnt give Calgary much of a chance.
oh, for a DJ that "doesnt like Calgary" AVB sure plays here a lot.

| damn i wish he would have headlined metro in edmonton, but if he's in cow town, i just might make the trip to see him. AVB is easily my top rated DJ on the list. I haven't seen him live yet, only over a video feed care of etn.fm. So i would love to make this set and get my rave on :P |
