haha, yep, jsut spent $47 filling up my tank - $4.20 a gallon :wtf:
it was wicked funny, the gas station wasnt taking credit cards, cash only...
and their atm inside was broken..
so i told this to the chick filling up behind me just to let her know, she starts FREAKING out - she's like "omg, i dont have ANY cash, ive been to 4 gas stations already, everyone's out of gas!... and my fone doesnt have any reception, what's going on?! was there a terrorist attack?!!"

Yup, down at my work fuel was $3.99 and up when I went out for lunch. For some odd reason it's still $2.79 and up here in east cobb though... |

I paid 2.9 this morning.
And back to the discussion about mass transit...
I heard on the NPR that last year 825 high school students were killed on the road last year. Guess how many were taking the bus? Five.
We all know Atlanteans can't drive. You should be more worried about traffic accidents than crimes in mass transit when it comes to Atlanta. Unlike traffic, mass transit only gets safer with more people using it.
I understand it's dangerous in PR or Guatemala and I probably won't take mass transit there either but this isn't those countries. Your fears are unfounded. |
