Hands down this has to be the best meal I have ever had in my whole life. I recommend this place highly. I am very honored to have ate food from Chef Sotohiro Kosugi. He has won many awards and from what our sushi chef at Splash says is that he is one of the mostly highly seeked out Sushi chefˇ¦s in America. Even the MGM Grand in Las Vegas would love for him to come be a chef there. I urge you to go eat a meal at this place! I have choose to go in the number of the menu I posted above. If you have any questions feel free to ask away.

1. The soup was EXCELLENT, I cannot express how much I loved the soup. They came out with a clay tea pot and a small cup, you had to pour the broth into the cup and drink it, you opened the top to the tea pot to get all the "goodies" in the pot. I have been dying to have this soup again. I NEED THIS SOUP!!!

2. The Duck was excellent, the eel was even good, the asparagus was really good with the sesame paste, the karasumi roe was okay I didnˇ¦t like the crunchyness, the dashi I thought was yuckie, but everything else was great! I did not eat the other roe that was with this dish, I'm not really big about fish eggs to be honest. The Uni and Uni mousse was so good (again I didn't know I was eating Sea Urchin)

3. OMG! I have never seen tuna as red as it was with this and it was so good, as well as the other pieces that came out, has to hands down be the freshest fish I have ever put in my mouth!

4. The flounder was very tasty, the tofu was even good and I'm not a tofu eater.

5. This wasn't one of my favorite dishes, it was rather rich, but the Uni was really good. Little did I know I was eating Sea Urchin again hehe

6. This was really good, it reminded me a lot of the steamed fish dish that Scott makes. I really like the way it was prepared

7. The jack fish was so good, it was almost simlar to the dish before this one, but it had lots of ginger and I love ginger.

8. The Kobe beef was so good it was perfect rare and full of flavor, it was good on top of the salad it came with. The sauce was really good as well

9. The only complaint I have about this dish was the avocado made it a bit rich, but the tuna was excellent!!

10. By this dish I was getting a bit full and needed a small break, I did try some of the lobster and it was very good, the cucumber coulis tasted very sweet but very good, I wish I would have been so almost full for this dish.

11. I did not like this one at all, possibly because of the mayonnaise and most people know I do not like mayonnaise at all, I did try it but no I didn't like it.

12. This was very good, you mixed the two together and it was just perfect. I ended up drinking what was left (what melted in the dish)

13. I didn't eat much of this either, I ate all of the eel though, since the eel Soto made was excellent. I didn't eat the foie gras because I remember some "Iron Chef" episode with it in there, plus I was waiting for the next dish :)

14. I picked the Chilean sea bass (surprise, surprise hahah) it came out semi grilled and the side were really crispy, I gave half of mine to Scott though since he wasnˇ¦t too keen about his dish. It was very good. Itˇ¦s no wonder why I love Chilean sea bass so much.

15. I choose the Zuke Marinated Tuna, Flounder, Shima Aji Japanese Jackfish, all of it just melted in my mouth. It was like candy I tell you the freshest fish ever!

16. heheh ice cream time!! I picked the Lychee ice cream, it was the best. It had pieces of Lychee in the ice cream. (Scott picked ginger and that was very good as well)
