I probably have more fun there then anywhere else.

EXCEPT Avalon with a big DJ.

ahhhh my favorite waitress.....i chatted with her for a bit then she disapeared! MNS rock0rz....always have a good time when i go....crowd is always open to the music as well!

Well the best part of MNS is that you can have a lengthy chat with the likes of Kazell & Mark Lewis about producing, new material they're working on and all sorts of other stuff. Its just not something that is typically available at the likes of Avalon or Spundae.

Here's a funny story of how such a small world this is...

Back in the late 90's Drew lived in New York, I lived in Florida. We both actually wrote/worked for the same videogame fansite back then -- one of the biggest fan sites in the world.

In late '99 I moved from Orlando to San Francisco to try to get a job in this videogame media industry commercially (which I succeeded at) and pretty much lost touch with everyone from that fansite...

Fast forward to 2005...I start seeing pics by a person with the nick "Rukes" posted on the Spundae baords and see that his name is Drew and I recognized it...looking into it, I see his last name is Ressler, find a pic of him, and what do you know...it's the dude I worked with like 7 years ago...he's now doing photography stuff for music events down in SoCal and I'm working with Spundae outside of my day job...

A boring story, but still can't believe how small of a world this is. :)

Still not as odd as being in Macy's here in SF once and some dude I hadn't seen since like the 7th grade recognized me, lol.

Small world. A couple of years back i was playing in SF (Columbus & Broadway) and ran into a guy who ran the first club I worked at in South Beach in the early 90s. We saw each other, froze, did double takes, stared some more ..and then finally started talking. Its funny cos you're in total disbelief that you can run into someone thousands of miles away.
