Dave London(Yes Mate Recordings, www.yesmaterecordings.com – London, UK/Orlando, FL) – We proudly welcome back to Memphis one of our favorite DJ’s and close personal friend Dave London. Dave is one of the USA's most in demand breakbeat DJ's and producers and owns the popular label Yes Mate Recordings. His credentials include remixes and appearances with artists such as Fat Boy Slim, Kool Keith, Sonique, Plump DJ's, Ascension, Magic Mike and Filthy Rich. Dave has also recorded on labels such as Sony, Caffeine, Distinctive and Radikal. His remix of Lightforce’s "Join Me" appeared on the Billboard 200 chart and appears on countless compilation cd's. Dave's remix of Trinity Hi-Fi's "Turn the Lights Down" was named "Essential Tune of the Week" on the massive Pete Tong Radio 1 Essential Mix in London. Dave's unique sound is laced all over his original productions in which we have all come to know and love. His newest remix of Syntax "Pray" was voted Kiss FM's 2004 remix of the year. Dave is currently working on new remxies for Sony. If you were one of the many who witnessed Dave’s amazing performance in February then you know what this man is all about. Come and experience the sound that is changing a generation.
Filthy Rich(Yes Mate Recordings, www.yesmaterecordings.com – Orlando, FL) – Hailing from the breakbeat epicenter of Orlando, Florida, Filthy Rich is quickly making a big name for himself both domestically and internationally. His first loves are the sounds of intelligent breaks and electro, but he has been known to bang out some hard house or trance when appropriate. Filthy Rich continuously mixed the chart topping 95.3 Party Most Wanted CD, and has had the fortune of joining forces with Yes Mate Recordings’ Dave London in the production ring on multiple tracks. Collectively known as the Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, these funkateers have put their signature twist on tracks such as the Perfecto classic, Ascension’s “Someone” and the UK progressive breaks gem by Monsoon, “Africa”, plus several more for labels like Funkwax, Caffeine, and Yes Mate. The D.R.S. have quickly become one of the most popular remix teams in the business. Filthy Rich lives for the beats and loves to rock a party, getting dirty on the decks with his signature style of “sleazy listening”. Whether it’s Funky or Nu Skool breaks, or even UK hard house, Filthy Rich is sure to please the crowd. Hide your daughters because Filthy Rich is coming to town!
