I host Perth, WA's only progressive/tech house radio show every week on local station Base FM.
I'm just putting a call out for anyone interested in having their 1 hour mix broadcast on my show. The station has quality internet streaming via www.base.fm and the timezone of my show is rather favourable for that.
Eg Rough timezones:
Australia/Asia
Saturday: 7am - 9am AWST (Perth - HOME), Singapore, Hong Kong)
8:30am - 10:30am ACST (Adelaide, Darwin)
9am - 11am AEST (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane)
Europe
12:00am - 2:00am GMT (London, Dublin, Lisbon)
1:00am - 3:00am (Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Rome, Stockholm)
USA
Friday 7pm - 9pm EST (New York, Miami etc)
Friday 6pm - 8pm CST (Chicago, Houston etc)
Friday 4pm - 6pm Pacific (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle etc)
I'd love to get a broad perspective of the 'progressive' sound from all over the planet, Australia as well as my home town. And I figure its might also something good for a dj to put on his/her 'Dj Resume'. I'll accept any kind of 'progressive' style, whether it be funky, housey, trancey, breaksy, etc and tech house.
So far I've featured AU.TA Dj's such as DJ Ballistic, Escee & Jah.
So if you're interested, drop me a PM. I can download sets no problem.
