| Don't know if this has been posted here yet, But, Due to all the controversy involving the so called Hot Coffee Mod in San Andreas, The ESRB has changed the games rating to adults only, The game was originally rated M for mature, Many of the big store chains will be pulling the games off the shelfs, You can right about it here. |

| I don't understand why these politicians and parent groups are so concerned about this game. I mean it was designed for Mature audiences, not children. They seem to think all video/computer games are designed for children, like it's all childs play, and its not. A Mature rating is no different than an R-Rated (and in some cases PG-13) movie. I mean if there was sex in this game, it wasn't supposed to be accessible by the player, and even it if it was, I am sure it wasn't really graphic. It probably was more mild than in some R rated movies. I don't understand why this country is so worked up about sex, yet graphic violence is okay. Well they still get worked up about that, but they seem, in this case, to be more worked up about the sex than the game's violence....I think the parents are irresponsible for allowing children to play these games. Like I said, it was Mature rated for a reason, and if thats not a good sign that this game is not for anyone under 17, then I don't know what is...They don't seem to be going after movies the same way they go after video games...like I said..they think video games are "childs play", but in the 21st Century, video games are becoming more and more mainstream, like movies. |
