I am thinking about buying a powercore with the virus plugin?
Anyone here who has it? I am just curious, if you are satisfied with it or if there reaons why should't buy one...

| mate ... what sound card do you have? i would advice you to check this forum before buying'it.the virus is quite buggy at the moment but i got use to it...it's very imp that you have a good sound card + a good motherboard...i'm 95% happy with mine..the 5% left it's for the Virus. |

I hear there are problems with the Powercore & EMU sound cards... but perhaps the new Powercore PCI mkII will fix that.
TC is having this great promotion where if you have a powercore /w an optional plugin installed, you can send them the card and they'll register your plugins to a brand new Powercore PCI mkII for free and give you the new card.
The Powercore PCI mkII retails for about $1100 USD, btw ;) So it's quite a deal.
