For the first time in years Exert Productions is back in action with Silverwaters to bring you and "Old School" style Summer Massive!! We miss the days of Summer Love and all of the other outdoor massives there used to be back in the day. This summer we want to bring back the old times with an affordable party in the middle of the summer. We've seen the success of Shambala and Burning Man festivals and we would like to provide a party experience like that to the Vancouver scene. We want all of you old schoolers to come back and experience the "Summer Break" party series with us!!!
On August 20th 2005 Silverwaters Productions in association with Exert Productions proudly brings to you our annual Summer Break Music Festival. We have joined forces with six of Vancouver’s most elite promotion companies to offer six stages, each with their own unique theme. What does this mean for you? You will be witness to massive headliners alongside the best Dj’s in the city, playing the best music in every genre. On this full moon night come dance in the forest, under the stars as we celebrate our music culture.
Union “Trance” Stage
Taucher - Great Stuff, Germany
Equipped with outstanding talent and skills, he knows how to lead party crowds through the night. His suspenseful DJ sets are more than intense and, after years of touring the globe, have gained him a worldwide fan base. After holding a residency with Sweet productions here in Vancouver years ago we thought it was time to bring him back to rock the dance floor one more time!
Graham Gold - Kiss FM, Ministry Of Sound, Peach, Slinky, Relative Records, U.K
Graham Gold is one of the true pioneers of Trance in the UK, just ask Ferry Corsten, Armin, Tiesto, Johan Gielan, Lange, Pulsar or Above and Beyond. There are very few DJ's in the scene that command total respect from other DJ's and indeed the entire dance music industry. Come see this former Exert Productions resident as he graces the decks and shows you why his is so well respected.
Duc - Apollo, Litte Productions, Calgary
One of Calgary's top hard trance DJs, D360 exploded onto the scene shortly after debuting at Tribal Dance 2004. With fluid mixing often combining elements of UK hard trance as well as hard house and nrg, D360's sets are versatile and never the same. Come witness this well respected DJ as he rocks the decks in Van City!

The term 'pioneer' is brandied about too readily in dance music but for Phil K, the term is just right in so many ways. Forging a name for himself through immaculate mixing, mind bending programming and just down right dirty tunes, the name Phil K has appeared alongside the likes of Sasha, Seaman, Oakenfold, Freq Nasty, and practically every other name of note. Phil's style is unmatched anywhere in the world and we are happy to have him out for his first Canadian appearance!

Well we thought it was time to bring some dnb flavor to a large sized party in Vancouver. This guy is one of the top producers in the DNB scene today. He owns and operates his own record label, Infrared, and was one of the original Metalheadz artists. He has had countless hits on all of the top labels in the UK including his newest hit “Now its Time” which received praise from the best in the business. It’s been 6 years since this bad boy has graced the decks in Vancouver and we hear he’s cookin up something huge!

This sounds really cool, I think I remember seeing flyers for this in the past.
How many days is the event? You gotta make something like this atleast a 2 day event. 6 stages? sounds wikkid! but I couldn't possibly hit every stage in one night.
Sounds good though. PM me if you want some help with the production. |

| The party is only for 1 night. Starts aT 6pm on Saturday the 20th and will end at 10am Sunday the 21st. Lots of time to check out all the stages!!! |
