great party
decided to go at the very last minute, but it was worth it. beautiful setting, great music, cool people, what more can you ask for :)
the drive home was fckin amazing. the sun coming up, great tunes blasting in my stereo, it was dope
got some pictures, couple vids, will see how they turned out later in the day
props to promoters. i thought it was a good party |

I had a blast! At $25/ticket, it was totally a bargain (how much were they charging at the door?). Tho I don't really agree with the paid parking bit.. what what??
The flyer said stilt walkers and fire breathers.. as well as snow cones. I didn't see any of these??
Checked all the stages out, but spent most of the nite in the House and Prog stages.
Loved the sets by Paranoid Jack, Lawnchair Gens and John Howard. Phil K's set was really coo .. whirrr, wheee, bloop, bloop galore!
I don't like rap/hiphop, but I did enjoy Coolio's performance.. especially his 'advice' on life ;)
Memories of the portapotties still fresh in my mind.. and nose :x
Funny seeing peeps peeing all around the sides of the grounds..
It was a gorgeous nite, with the full moon in sight giving the entire ground a bright glow.. just poifect! |

This was happening during my set! It was pretty crazy.. we got some video footage of it somewhere. As for the party, I thought it was good. Crowd seemed a bit older than usual, which was good. The steup I played on was really nice, and the crowd was well up for my set. All in all one of my fav shows this summer :) |
