| All I can say is I'm glad the promoters in Calgary aren't as wacked as in Vancouver. Honestly, to brazenly chastise their consumers for not understanding their inconspicuous ways of business. :crazy: is right. |

June 1999, 6.5hr set by Paul Van Dyk @ 1015 Folsom in San Francisco 1 day after his club gig at Sonar.
It was a 16hr drive and I was willing to pay anything at the door to get in. The lineup was long but I got there early. There werent even any presales for this show. Cost at door? $5 USD.
It was the best trance set I had heard up to that point and still the best trance set I've heard to this day. It was the single set that inspired me to become a DJ. Sadly, things have changed a lot, his sound has drifted slightly and it no longer connects with me. I'll always remember that night; my friends that came with will always remember that night.
