I'm impressed with this forum, you can say a opinion without people screaming you down. thanks guys :)
Well why do I like hard trance/hardstyle? Hmmm. The two main reasons are scot project and cosmic gate, they've got some of the best strongs I've heard. If I hear a song (what ever genre) and I get a shiver down my spin then I like it. My favourite song atm is DFC scot project (not sure if its produced by them or not), I love that song because its multifacited (a feature lacking in most hard trance now a days), it has build ups and build downs but has about 2.5 "different" songs within it.
I could be listening to a pretty mediocre song and there is one particular sound that sounds cool. That single sound or cord can do it for me. Just because I like hard trance/hardstyle doesn't mean I don't appreciate progressive or other forms of trance.
I absolutely love dancing, I love dancing hard as hell (been like that since I first went out) good hard trance and hardstyle justs allows me to dance angry (I love it). When I go out, my mate are dancing with a huge smile on their faces, you'd look at me and I've got a big frown and watching my feet. Sometimes my friends think I'm pissed off, I'm not I'm just concentrating hard.
Bass was great the other night because they've shut off the car park, it was a different crowd. Even when I go out and theirs a dj I always have a good night, just because the music is not up to scratch doesn't ruin my night. If the musics I go and speak to my friends or go on missions, the night is more then the music to me its the whole experience.

im intrigued to know Loderan, what exactly is it that draws you to Hard NRG or Hard Trance... i mean do you listen to it as your only form of music, do you listen to it outside of the clubs, whats your education on this type ofmusic. if you actually enjoy it for whatever reason and listen to it outside of teh clubs, then whilst you may not have teh full agreeance of most people here, you will have some of their respect..
to me, hard trance and hard nrg, whilst its good to pump and jump around to for a bit, im not really sure that i can classify it as musically talented music..
