i just got my hands on a copy of melt - be liquid and me drunk, i would give anything to be taken to the EXACT and VERY moment this choon was first dropped in melbourne.
yeh ok i kinda ripped off dave's dancefloor moments thread but for this - let your imagination run free :p

When that UK DJ dropped Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' at Pharmacy 2002 (i think, @ moorabin). And no, not the ty remixed versions ala WARP BROTHERS (sisters if u ask me) FREELAND as well, it was the original raw track
That was a moment I'll never forget, I wish I could be on that dancefloor again as the first chord from Cobains guitar was strummed. The crowd went ape , mutualo respecto to a great man and an equally great song |
