I started DJ'ing trance but now I'm really really into progressive house and house.

What is your progression?

Trance Trance and Trance

Never mixed much else to be honest :)

Trance. No desire to mix anything else. I will mix some stuff that you would find in the progressive house section, but it is more like trance if you ask me. Also will throw in some Techno every once in a while to speed things up a bit. I get that feeling from good trance that no other music ever gave me. Hasnt changed yet, I don't know if it ever will.

Rock On,

Started with House and Hard House, but am mainly Trance now, with Breaks aswell, but I also spin D'n'B, Techno, Hard Trance, House (still), and I would spin Psy if I could afford to dive into buying another genre, but I'm now getting into creating all the work myself, thank you Midi and Ableton, aswell as other programs.

If you start progressive and move towards trance is that de-progression?

Anyway, I started out with trance, but now I try to experiment with as much variety as possible... some days I feel in the mood to mix Techy House, sometimes ambient, sometimes back to the mid-late 90's trance. I even play around with some DnB in a house/prog house mix. But I'm not too good, and it usually sounds , just playing the tunes I like.

I was listening to a couple of Techno tools earlier today that I feel will sound good played along with some of the Aphex Twin ambient tracks. I'll try that soon... hehe.

Really funky house, then tech house, then new school breaks, now kind of settled in mix of them all, with some progressive too.
