Let me be the first to welcome you to the Middle Aged Party Program. Here you will learn the following to continue your party fun despite ever-cramping muscles and weary skeleton:

1) The Rhythm method (no not like that): this shows us "more experienced" partiers how to alternate between rest and full on dancing with strategic washroom breaks and sitting in "taking it all in" mode.

2) Doing Laps: one can both conserve energy and still feel plugged in when circling the club, stopping to chat and sparing the body from a pure dance cycle

3) The sweat brace: A decidedly less popular method but fairly efficient nonetheless. In this maneuvre, one situates themselves at the most crowded point of the floor, effectively using others to keep you vertical. If chosen properly, even the dance process can become simply reactionary

4) Hypnotherapy: You see this often regardless of age. This is the method of disconnecting with the body by way of taking up station close enough to the DJ booth to enter into a quieted state by absorbing the revolutions of the record, the blinking lights of mixers, amps and CD decks, as well as the booth perspective of the crowd

5) The Art Of The Exit: With all things, we must know our limits. Develop target times for exit so the process of farwells and coatcheck can be integrated and efficient. Consider your parking by how far you want to walk on tired feat in those cool near-morning hours.

6) The Joy of Presence: This is the most important aspect of our multi-step plan. No matter how much energy you are able to excert you must always remember that your presence will always be cherished by those you miss you, the promoters who always love more bodies, and the DJ's who can often evaporate weariness into a musical state of bliss with just the right tunes. Being there tired is still always better than not being there at all.

With just the simple implementation of the above tips, we can look forward to many years of memorable nights, dark rooms and hard beats......now where did Heidi put my Lanacain??????

OMG that is awesome!

I am going to see what I can do about making it out...
