This is the story of Ron Bercovitch
He was born in Haifa, Israel, on a nice sunny day on April 23, 1985.
After 4 years he moved to Toronto, Canada.
Remarkable, Ron wasn't really into music until 2000.
In fact, everytime there was music being played, he ran out of the room.
Disliking all music? Yes it's true.
Luckily, his brother introduced him to the dance-scene
which made him appreciate music, especially trance.
Not long after that Ron started to collect the famous Trancemaster compilations.
In the years coming, he started to develop an interest
in producing his own trance-tunes using Reason 1.0.
So there it is, thanks to the Trancemaster Compilations
and Reason 1.0 a star was born. A star?
To become, yes since according to Ron his first productions,
made under the Dj-Gingi guise were “crappy”.
But that started to change once Ron came up with the idea of Sunquest.
A nice laid back yet club style type of trance and from that day on,
almost a year ago now, he recieved the non stop support that he needed
(especially those from the TranceAddict forums).
Now everyone can enjoy his tunes like “Don't Look Back”
and "Daybreak”, or more recent Sunquest - Sunblock.
He's also involved in collaberations such as
"Matt van Wyk vs. Sunquest - Reality"
and "Mike Foyle vs. Sunquest - One Day".
Already signed to two labels, it's guaranteed that we will hear
loads of good Sunquest tunes in the future!
So that's the story of Ron Bercovitch.
